Large Market Stall – 6m x 3m  $100

Food Vendor Stall  $100

Commercial Retail Stall  $75

Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
 

Registration & Confirmation
Submitting an exhibitor registration does not automatically confirm your space. Registrations will be reviewed by the event team and successful exhibitors will receive confirmation of their site allocation and further event information.
 

Stall Fees & Payment
Applicable stall fees must be paid by the date advised by the event organisers. Fees vary depending on exhibitor type and space required.
 

Stall & Equipment
Exhibitors are responsible for providing, setting up and removing their own stall, gazebo, signage, displays, stock and any other equipment required.
 

Site Allocation
Stall locations will be allocated by the event organisers. Exhibitors must remain within their allocated space and ensure accessways and neighbouring sites are kept clear.
 

Power Requirements
Exhibitors within the Swordfish club will have access to power if required.
All other stallholders ie food stalls must supply their own power. 
 

Health & Safety
Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their stall, equipment and activities are safe throughout the event and comply with all relevant health and safety requirements.
 

Food Vendors
Food vendors are responsible for ensuring they hold all appropriate registrations, licences and approvals required for the preparation and sale of food.
 

Staffing & Trading
Stalls must be appropriately staffed throughout the advertised event hours. Exhibitors must not pack down or leave the event before closing unless agreed with the event organisers.
 

Site Care & Clean-Up
Exhibitors must keep their site clean, tidy and safe throughout the event. All stock, equipment and rubbish must be removed at the end of the event.
 

Event Changes & Cancellation
The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to event arrangements where required, including due to weather, health and safety considerations or circumstances outside their control. Further information regarding postponement or cancellation will be communicated directly to registered exhibitors.
 

Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an exhibitor registration, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and agree to comply with these Exhibitor Terms & Conditions and any reasonable instructions provided by the event organisers.
