Customer Services Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic responsible person to assist in our marina customers service team.
This is an exciting position where you will be dealing with a varied clientele including local and international visitors.

This is a 40-hour week rostered position based in Opua.

The successful applicant would need:
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Good communication and administration skills
• Good computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software
• Be able to work under pressure and be reliable
• Be a team player
• A high standard of grooming and personal presentation

• An interest in boating
